Reviews and Ratings
The Grand Lodge offers an excellent location just a minute's walk from the ski slopes and a bus stop, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff was generally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, I encountered some noise issues in my room that could affect overall comfort. The amenities, especially the hot tub, were delightful, adding to a relaxing experience.
I had a great stay at the Grand Lodge. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the lifts, making it super easy to hit the slopes. The room I stayed in was spacious and had everything I needed, like a kitchenette for snacks. However, I did face issues with the shower that took a long time to get resolved, which was frustrating.
While the hotel's location is excellent for ski enthusiasts, with immediate access to the slopes, there were definite areas that could use improvement. The experience was marred by issues such as inadequate hot water in the showers, which was disappointing given the room rates. However, the spacious accommodations and the attentive, friendly staff made for a pleasant atmosphere overall.
During my stay at the Grand Lodge, I found the location to be superb, just a short walk to the ski slopes. The staff was helpful and responsive, but I did encounter some noise issues that impacted my experience. While the suite we had was great for my family with ample space and amenities, the overall upkeep left something to be desired, particularly with the shower and TV issues. Overall, it was a mixed bag with some positives, but I wouldn't consider it a top choice for future stays.
I had an overall decent stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious accommodations that made for a comfortable experience. However, the lack of dining options in the evening was a letdown, especially after long days of skiing. Plus, I encountered some issues with service during my stay that detracted from the overall experience.
